This is due to its design which requires as much as 50% less concrete, the elimination of the utilization and transport of temporary formwork and propping, and the significant reduction in waste generation. In addition to this, the installation of the Fluted Floor requires no cranes during its entire erection process.

The water usage for the slab construction is both heavily reduced and controlled. The elimination of the need for temporary shutters results in no water wasted in the cleaning of formwork. The thermal insulation, noise isolation alongside with our EcoComfort Undefloor HeatingTM (renewable energy powered) makes for a slab that maximizes comfort to occupants in an environmentally sustainable way. Higher green ratings enable development projects achieve EDGE certification, improving both the value and marketability of any residential development.
